Ok i admit it's a bit hard to read. But it says

When you broke me, i felt incomplete,
I can't believe i fell for your con.
Because when i cut down the things i don't need,
you're my number one..

It has a twist in it, with the blood and stuff. It's about..well it could be anyone really.
But the story i had in my mind was a girl murdering her boyfriend...I should write it up one day.
So just as her boyfriend was reading her note she'd left him, she hacked him to pieces with a butchers knife...
